Dunopark 11 is a 170 m² villa for eight guests at Duno, within walking distance of the beach in Oostkapelle. The villa has a trampoline and an outdoor shower, with ample space for the whole group.
The villa has four bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms with shower and toilet. The generous living room has ample seating, and the open kitchen is well-equipped. Outside, a terrace with trampoline and outdoor shower awaits. A cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
Oostkapelle is a lively village on Walcheren, surrounded by nature and close to the sea. From the villa you can walk or cycle straight to nature reserves such as De Manteling and Oranjezon. Kasteel Westhove is also nearby and well worth a visit. In the centre of Oostkapelle you'll find various shops and restaurants. Places such as Domburg and Middelburg are just a short distance away, where you can browse boutiques or enjoy a drink on a terrace. Here you can easily switch between beach, nature and village life.
You have the entire villa to yourself, including the private garden and terrace.

Well equipped house for 2 families with high quality and new facilities. We felt very comfortable.
A beautiful house with perfect furnishings. Nothing is left to be desired. Short walk to the beach. The en-suite bathrooms in two of the bedrooms made it easy to stay with several families. The only minor criticism is that the mattresses in the two upstairs rooms on the right are extremely soft and therefore did not provide a good night's sleep for us (but people have very different feelings about this). A wonderful, extremely lovingly and stylishly decorated house!!!

This beautiful vacation home is modern, cozy and excellently equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the beach is close, and the terrace and garden had everything we needed. All the children (10-15 years old) had fun on the trampoline and swings. Although there were eight of us, it was easy to spread out. Even working without disturbing the others was not a problem at the small desk in the upstairs bedroom. We will definitely be back :-)
We, grandma + grandpa with grandchildren, parents and aunt, had a wonderful time in an ideal house that really met all the requirements! Cooking utensils were all there and the rooms left nothing to be desired, children were allowed to use existing toys, what more could you want...so nothing to complain about and just great...will be back very much...May 2022
A lovely vacation home, very clean, tastefully decorated and with a great garden. We were there with two families and could not have wished for a better vacation.
The house is lovingly decorated and we felt right at home. Everything is new and clean, the beds are lovely and the bathrooms are of high quality. The house is quietly located, you can walk to the nearest restaurant and also to the beautiful beach or even ride a bike. The house is a bit noisy, but since there were only two of us, it did not bother us. The handling with Sea & Sun Holiday was great, friendly and uncomplicated. We would love to come back again.

The vacation home is very, very nice! The equipment is of high quality and the decor is very tasteful. We felt completely at home!!!
Generously equipped vacation home in a perfect location. The beach and Strandpaviljoen de Piraat are a 15-minute walk, or even faster by bike. There is a trampoline and a swing in the garden so children can follow their urge to move at any time. In the two gazebos we found cushions for the lounge area in the garden, a barbecue and various beach toys. Only the beds on the upper floor were somewhat uncomfortable for the adults traveling with us; we slept wonderfully comfortably on the lower floor. The baby crib that comes with the house unfortunately did not have a mattress, fortunately we had one with us. There are plenty of bathrooms and toilets, so there were never any congestion! We have been traveling with the family (grandparents, parents, grandchildren) for 8 years to different places on the Dutch coast. The "Intermezzo" in Oostkapelle was the nicest house we have rented so far.

We stayed with 6 people and 3 generations for a week in the beautiful house "Intermezzo". We especially want to emphasize the perfect furnishings with bathrooms, the cozy modern living/dining room and the kitchen, equipped to the smallest detail. The garden is lovingly landscaped. There is a trampoline for early morning gymnastics and a nice table for 6 people. The sitting area should be replaced.
We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean and new. The furnishings are great and leave nothing to be desired. We would come back anytime. The peaceful surroundings and nature are also a dream. Thank you very much for the wonderful days we spent in the house.

We spent our annual Oostkapelle vacation here with both grandmothers, both grandfathers and our two children. The house is lovingly furnished to a high standard. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys for the children. The kitchen also had everything we needed. We would love to come back again!

A very nice autumn week in a very clean, well maintained and very well equipped house. It more than met our expectations. Everything was perfect. Compliments to the landlords. The garden and bike shed were also spacious so we could put everything away.

Unfortunately, the house was not in the same clean condition as during our previous stay. We had a lot of silverfish. The floor was still sticky. The oven was dirty and so were the fronts in the living room and kitchen. After a few days, we also had an infestation of flying ants on the terrace. Unfortunately some emails about this were not answered by sea and sun holiday.
We used the accommodation with 7 people. The house is absolutely suitable for this number of people and is wisely arranged. The furnishings are also very good and of good quality. There is also nothing to criticize about the location of the house. We were very happy with our choice of vacation home and would rent it again in a moment and hope that vacation guests also take care of the interior so that it remains in good condition for as long as possible.
Very nice, clean and spacious house! House was fully equipped with all amenities. Convenient that there were 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to the beach. Cozy also that there was a Christmas tree, perfect for our Christmas weekend! We would recommend it to anyone!

It is a very cozy house and the interior is spacious. Unfortunately, it was very cold in the house at first, but the host wants to improve this in the future by preheating the heating. Once the house was warm after a day, we were able to really enjoy our vacation.
